Mission Statement

It is the mission of David Lipscomb Campus School to serve students so that they master knowledge and skills appropriate to them and become Christ-like in attitude and behavior.

Spiritual life on this campus is much broader and deeper than anything that could be said in a mission statement or put on a Website. Our teachers, staff and administrators are deeply committed to Jesus and kingdom living. They care about the students here and they care about each other.

David Lipscomb is unique in that it provides Bible classes and Chapel experiences every day for every child. These two activities are part of what defines who we are.

This mission statement says that we want to serve students. We believe that service is one of the core ideas that Jesus taught his disciples, and the goal of that service is to help students become like Jesus in how they think and what they do. Do we always accomplish this goal? We may never know the answer to that question in this life, but we will always strive to do so. We ask for your help and prayers as we seek this mission in all we do.
